Hershey's Story...
Hershey is a beautiful girl that has the sweetest personality. She loves to play and loves children. In her pictures she had fun playing in the dirt so she looks dusty but she actually has a beautiful shiny coat. She is potty trained to go outside but is still trying to figure out how to let her human know when shes ready. She is being spayed 2/28 and will be able to travel a week later. She has all of her shots, is wormed, microchipped and on heartworm and flea prevention. The adoption fee is 400.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hershey, a Hartford Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Hartford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
