found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, purebred, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
If you know Cotons and have been looking for a puppy, then you will appreciate that these little kids have been raised in my house for the last 3 weeks and are very well socialized. They are active, healthy, very playful, and thriving. Very busy living up to their reputation as little clowns. What a hoot!! And so affectionate.
They were born 11/15/16, at a puppy farm, and have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed, vaccinated and are ready to go. We have one boy and one girl who are primarily white with a touch of champagne on ears and back, and one boy and one girl who are black and white. We are asking a donation of $1000 for each. Personally, unless you already have one, I would recommend you take a pair. They are very energetic and will need someone of similar energy level to keep them occupied and out of trouble. One, all alone, would be a real handful.
If you are not familiar with the breed, you are in for a treat. These are the cute fluffy little white dogs you want to be your constant companion and lapdog. They are real people pleasers.
First let me address the 2 most often asked questions:
1) The coat of the Coton is very thick, long and soft as cotton, (Coton is French for cotton). The amount of care given to the coat will reduce the matting that typically occurs between 9 to 15 months, when the adult coat is coming in. Thereafter, gentle brushing 3-4 times a week will usually maintain a well groomed coat.
2) When the puppies are born some may have heavily colored markings. These markings normally fade with maturity, usually to white. The majority of Coton de Tuléars are predominantly white although some may have colored markings. Champagne on white and also tricolor are acceptable.
