MARLEY *adoption pending!*'s Story...
***ADOPTION PENDING 3/2/2017!***

Marley was born on November 9, 2016. This lovely, purebred border collie is deaf. She is a smart, busy, and engaged puppy. She is not for a first time border collie owner as she is ALL border collie!

Marley gets along with other dogs and likes to play. She can hold her own with the big dogs! This is a gutsy and confident little pup. Also, she really likes to tug with her foster mom.

This puppy is learning house manners and hand signals for obedience. As with all puppies, she is a work in progress. She is not yet housetrained, but is crate trained.

If you have never had a deaf dog before and are interested in possibly adopting Marley, please see this website for information on deaf dogs:

Marley's adoption fee is $200 and there is a $200 spay depost required. The spay deposit is fully refundable when proof of spay is provided at 6 to 9 months of age. You must have a fenced yard to adopt Marley.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MARLEY *adoption pending!*, a Nampa Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Nampa, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Nampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
