Jimmy is an amber-eyed, 6 year old, 11 pound, ginger and tan Daschund/Chihuahua mix who was surrendered in rough condition by an owner who had too many dogs.
Jimmy is quiet and low energy, and prefers Netflix and chill to a busy schedule. He coexists with other dogs, and he's uninterested in cats. He'd be great as a only dog because he's not usually interested in playing. Jimmy is housetrained and crate-trained, and alerts when he wants to go outside. Jimmy lost many teeth after his recent dental, probably due to a poor diet, so he's working on putting on some needed weight.
Mostly Jimmy wants to enjoy life in a low key home with plenty of snacks and a fluffy bed or two. He offers low drama, snuggles, and the occasional doggy kiss in return.
If you would like to make Jimmy a part of your family please fill out an application online at www.lapdogrescue.org and include his name at the top.
