Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**REST IN PEACE SWEET MILLIE 8/14/2017** ... "Millie" is a lovely 9-year old female Hound mix who arrived at the HSOV on the evening of January 26, 2017 after she was found on Tick Ridge Road and brought to the safety of our shelter by the Washington County (Ohio) Sheriff's Department.
This beautiful girl has a brown/brindle short smooth coat with white markings on her chest and legs, a long tail, and an adorable brindle/white face which is symmetrically marked. She has a long slender muzzle and short floppy ears. "Millie" is a gentle soul with a sweet, outgoing personality. She walks well on a leash and loves attention.
"Millie" appears to be vision impaired (perhaps due to cataracts) and is easily startled. This little sweetheart is the kind of dog that you hold close and whisper in her ear that she will find a perfect home where she will be loved forever and ever. "Millie" weighs 42 lbs., and she has been spayed.
These updated photos were taken on February 24, 2017 when "Millie" was enjoying an outing on a sunny winter afternoon.
