Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daisy is a cute 1.5 year old mix that was a beloved family pet but her owner's schedule changed and he now works longer hours and thought it was unfair for Daisy to always be alone. She is already house trained and knows basic commands like sit and stay. Daisy goes to the door to let you know when she has to go out. She is very playful and seems to get along with other dogs. She has not been with cats. This good girl never chewed anything in the home. She likes rope toys and will tear apart any stuffed toys with great joy. Rawhide bones make her sick. She is high-energy and needs an active family. Daisy walks well on a leash after initial excitement of going out. She is very social and likes to lay on the couch with you during down-time. Any family would be very lucky to adopt Daisy.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
