My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is a bio about Paco written by his awesome foster mom Stephine...
Paco was a stray on Woodbridge and Lower Sacramento Road in Woodbridge. Rainy night and I thought he was a rat. He was rummaging through some garbage on the side of the road. I almost hit him. We pulled over and Casey got out and chased him up Woodbridge Road. A passerby was sweet enough to help wrangle him so Casey could get him. Funny story is that we were headed to our friends house for dinner and we had our 13 year old Standard Poodle (Riley) in the car as well. When we got to our friends house, they have a lab, a Rottweiler and a cat. So, Paco was instantly tested to see how he would do in a stressful situation. He did great. Was just happy to be hanging out.

He is very food motivated. He loves it. Very happy when food is introduced. He sleeps in our bed at night and on the couch during the day. He and Riley happily co-exist. Casey made a mistake of trying to look at his teeth (they are in bad shape and had to have many extracted) and so he is ignoring Casey now and will not leave my side. If I get up to go to the bathroom, he is right beside me. He loves to snuggle on the couch. It has been raining so much but he is good about going outside to potty.

Sheri's notes...Paco went to the vet last week and had his teeth cleaned. He is up to date on shots and has a chip. He had a few taken out and he's all recovered and doing well. Paco is a male and is about 8-9 years old. Weighs about 10 pounds. He's neutered. He's a very quiet dog...not a yapper! Appears to be housebroken. More than likely he's mostly Chihuahua. And, he loves to cuddle. If you're interested in adopting him, please fill out our application at www.pokeadotsrescue.com or you may call us at 209 603-5866
