Prince's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Prince's Story...
Prince came to us from a hoarder abuse case in rural Tennessee. He is very shy, but sweet and loving once he is comfortable with his humans. He is a Chihuahua/Terrier type mix and weighs around 15lbs. He is around a 2-3 years old and won't grow any larger. Prince would probably best suit a calmer household where he could acclimate and relax in order to learn how to be a confident dog. Due to his prior environment, we feel it best that he goes to a home with no younger children, he is much more suited for a calm patient home that is willing to give him the affection he craves without over powering him.

He is neutered and UTD on all required vaccinations. He is microchipped, heart worm negative and on a heartworm and flea preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prince, a Brattleboro Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
