Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Murphy Brown" is a beautiful one-year old female kitty who was surrendered to the HSOV on January 20, 2017 along with several of her best friends and former housemates after their mistress passed away, and they lost the only home they ever knew :(
"Murphy Brown" has a brown tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and a lovely face with hopeful trusting eyes. This little sweetheart has a lovable, affectionate personality and enjoyed attention while she had her preliminary glamour photos taken.
She was given vaccinations, wormer, and Revolution flea treatment on January 20, 2017. "Murphy Brown" weighed 5.2 lbs. on that date.
We will post more flattering pictures of this little beauty when she is ready to be spayed and be placed in our Jungle Room with adoptable cats, but we wanted to post a 'sneak preview' so that potential adopters would know she is in our shelter and will be looking for a great home. "Murphy Brown" is available for foster/rescue at any time.
Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues/fosters.
UPDATE: "Murphy Brown" was spayed on March 29, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 5.8 lbs. on that date.
