Rosy's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This is Rosy. She is a 3 year old Bichon who lived on a farm with 4 or 5 children. She was used to roaming the farm daily.  She is as sweet and friendly as can be and loves  children. She is dog friendly as well as other animal friendly. She is house trained. Her front left foot is malformed due to a birth defect, but the Vet says she does just fine with it the way it is.  She can run and play like any normal dog.   A home with children over 5 years would be excellent for Rosy. She has a wonderfully "happy go lucky" personality that will bring a smile to your face.

Rosy is UTD with vaccines and is spayed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosy, a Winfield Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Winfield, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Winfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
