Daphne's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Daphne is a very sweet female Airedale.  She was found as a stray and no one has claimed her.  Daphne has received all her vaccines and tested negative for parasites, heartworm, and lyme disease.  She greets people with a happy tail and soft eyes.  She appears to like children; warmed up immediately to her foster family's 9 year old daughter.  It is not known if Daphne is good with cats; she did show interest in a cat passing by her, but she didn't seem aggressive in her interest.  Because an Airedale is a terrier breed, she will have an instinctive drive to chase rodents.  She rides well in a car and seems to adapt well to changes in her life.  Daphne will be available for adoption after spaying on May 31.  Won't you consider making Daphne a part of your family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daphne, a Winfield Airedale Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Airedale Terrier for sale in Winfield, or seeking a Airedale Terrier dog from a breeder in Winfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Airedale Terrier breeders who help with Airedale Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
