Moose's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Moose's Story...
This dark & handsome boy is Moose. He is 15 Months Old (born 12/17/15) and weighs about 80lbs. Due to a divorce, Moose and his brother Maverick are looking for new homes. The siblings get along well, but we feel they would thrive in separate homes. They have lived with children and cats. Moose is crate-trained, loves tennis balls and is currently high-energy due to lack of exercise. He is people-friendly, but needs to learn to walk calmly on a leash and how to control his excitement in new situations. He has no idea how big he is, and will run around, jump & play like, well... a Moose! This friendly, playful Shepherd needs an active home where he will receive daily exercise and manners training. *Please note: This guy can scale a 6-ft chainlink fence.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moose, a New Ringgold German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in New Ringgold, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in New Ringgold.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Ringgold already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Ringgold breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Ringgold paves the way for another one to be saved.
