Mickey's Story...
Mickey is a pure bred 4 month old Pit Bull. His momma was abandoned in a vacant apartment and rescued with her newborn pups when they had just opened their eyes. Mickey and Minnie were raised in a home with kids, rabbits, dogs, and cats. He is a fun puppy, loves to play and wrestle with other dogs. Mickey loves to run in and out of the doggie door chasing his fellow foster friends. He also loves to lick and lick my 5 year old. Mickey's adoption donation is $150 and includes: neuter, first vaccines, and microchipping including registration. The adoption donation is reduced if you are up for adopting Mickey's sister Minnie. If the adoption does not work out, the full fee is refundable within 30 days. Mickey and Minnie live in Mesa and can be seen most evenings or weekends.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mickey, a Mesa American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Mesa, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
