Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi I'm Smoke, a 2 year old Afghan Hound mix. My foster Mom calls me handsome or goofy but some people say I am stunning or majestic. I am pretty smart and doing very well in my obedience training but can be stubborn. I am housebroken and crate trained. I do suffer from some anxiety but with proper exercise and training we are getting it under control.
I am looking for a quiet home with an experienced person who will continue my training. I need a privacy fenced back yard to run in, no apartment life for me. I don't like to be alone for long periods of time so I need someone who is home a lot. I am picky when it comes to dog friends so I would be best as an only dog and I don't know how big I am I would do best with no small kids or cats.
My hobbies include: running, long walks, throwing toys to myself, making people laugh, sun bathing, looking out windows, squirrel chasing and napping.
I like: massages, being brushed, soft beds and counter surfing.
I dislike: car rides (I do fine but will whine), cold weather, people who yell and squirrels.
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip with free lifetime registration!
