Lizzie, an 8-year-old, Border Collie, is polite with people and greets everyone with a wagging tail. Once she has made a friend, rest assured that it will be for life. She is looking for a home where she can live out the rest of her days as a devoted companion. She knows what it is like to be part of a family; unfortunately, Lizzie’s elderly guardian could no longer take care of her. Lizzie has many years to give her guardian and is always up for a walk, a car ride, or just hanging out with her favorite person. She is carrying a few extra pounds but daily walks will keep this in check, not to mention that it is important for a senior dog’s joints and muscles. Seniors, like Lizzie, have developed their own character, need less exercise, and are less excitable – what you see is what you get! She gets along with other dogs, but her one true love will definitely be her human. Lizzie will take no time at all in assuming her role as a loyal friend. Please consider giving Lizzie the home she so deserves. Fill in the Adoption Form and make a difference in a dog’s life.
