Opal's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Opal's Story...
Opal is one cute little Terrier mix, just three months old and a bit over 9 pounds.  She will remain a small dog when fully grown.  Opal is super sweet with her humans.   She is a leader and a bit of a “tomboy” and can be a bit rough with her siblings.  So if there is another dog in the family it is recommended it be a bit larger than Opal.   Rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Opal has been spayed, dewormed and is current on all vaccines.  She is available for adoption in Edmonton, AB. This little jewel would be a wonderful addition to any family so contact us at adopt.pvca@gmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Opal, a Edmonton Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
