My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Pepper, and I am an incredible 7 year old, female blue heeler. I am as sweet as they come. I can still be an active dog, and do well walking on my leash, but my favorite thing to do is lay with my head on your lap. I enjoy squeezing my head under your arm to rest my head on your legs. I am perfectly crate trained, but can be trusted out of the crate as well. I'm a real lady, and I never potty in the house. I sometimes growl when a new big dog gets in my face, but I'm all bark and no bite. After a slow introduction, I can get along with any dog. I love all humans right away. I'm looking for a family that will let me sit on the furniture with them. It makes me sad when I can't snuggle my humans. If I got to sleep in bed that would be a bonus too, but I'm happy as long as I have a dog bed. You really won't find a more precious girl than me.

My adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip with free lifetime registration!
