LOTS OF YORKIES!!

CHR has several young Yorkies right now. All of the Yorkies are super sweet and friendly.

No aggression at all.

Aiden- 2 year old gorgeous male Yorkie

Mookie- 10 month old female Yorkie

Mikey- 1 year old male Yorkie

We hope that one of these cuties will work for your family.  All of them have similar needs.

1.  All of them are young and have small bladders.  They need outside breaks every 4 hours.

2.  All of them have been crate tested and will bark non-stop if crated. We have seen them soil in the crate as well.  This means any applicant working must have a dog walker in place to come 1-2 times a day if working.  Someone working from home, part-time or is home all day, is the best fit.  We only ask this to avoid you coming home to accidents every day, which can result in the return of the dog.

3.  All of the yorkies are small under 8 pounds.  We ask for adult households due to the small size of the dogs.

About Caring Hearts Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Caring Hearts Rescue is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization based in Fairfax Virginia. Our volunteers rescue toy breed dogs from desperate situations including neglect, puppy mill rescue, owner surrender and euthanasia by animal shelters due to overpopulation. All of our rescued dogs stay in safe foster homes while they await their "forever home." Our rescued babies are examined and given inoculations and spayed or neutered before placement. We search for families that understand the responsibility of being a Guardian to these little guys and consider them members of the family.

Come Meet Our Pets...

CHR facilitates all the meetings with your rescued dog. Potential adopters will make arrangements with a CHR representative to meet your foster dog. We then contact the foster parent to arrange a meeting at a convenient location for the foster parent.

Our Adoption Process...

The first step is filling out a application at the following address http://www.caringheartsrescue.org/Adopt.html . Click on the apply button under the dog you are interested in.

If you have pets, you will be required to provide medical records for your current pets as proof that they are up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered and on heart worm preventative. We will contact you after this first step is completed. Thank you very much for your time!
