Millie's Story...
I want to introduce Millie. She is the sweetest puppy ever. She is playful, fun, cuddly and an all-around wonderful package of adorable. Millie is a 2-3 month old lab mix (mostly likely mixed with a smaller breed so will be petite) who just wants to be loved and will reward you with kisses, snuggles and companionship. She also enjoys playing with the adult dogs in her foster home and absolutely adores children. She is crate-trained (sleeps through the night), is doing well on potty training and is starting to learn basic commands, like sit, etc. Millie is spayed, microchipped and UTD on her vaccinations. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Millie, a Concord Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Concord, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Concord.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Concord already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Concord breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Concord paves the way for another one to be saved.
