Urgent foster needed...

This beauty is Daisy, she is 1.5 years old and she urgently needs a new home! Her human has only given her until Tuesday March 7! She is in real danger of ending up at a high kill shelter if we cannot find a foster or adopter for her. Daisy's only crime is that she sheds!!! The human says in every other way she is an awesome dog.

Daisy is very playful; she always has a toy in her mouth. She enjoys walks and playing with other dogs. She knows how to sit, lay down, and is housetrained. She loves tug of war and fetch.

Daisy is spayed, fully vaccinated and healthy.

If you have space in your home and your heart for this wonderful girl please go to www.homesforpets.org and complete either a foster or adoption application.

About Homes for Pets

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of animal lovers who volunteer our time and talents to help homeless needy pets find new homes. Many of our pets come from life or death situations, or abusive situations. Some pets come from city shelters. We also list animals that are still with their owner, but for one reason or another the owner can no longer keep them. Our dogs and cats live in foster homes, not in a shelter. You don't have to wonder if a dog or cat is good with kids, or other dogs or cats. You will usually know if they are. We work on housebreaking and basic manners as well.

ALL of our animals, even those we list for owners trying to re-home their pets, must be spayed/neutered to help control the serious animal overpopulation in this area.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Adoption events are held at the following locations/times:

We hold adoption events at the Forum PetSmart (exits 172-173 off IH-35 in San Antonio) each weekend from noon - 4:00 p.m. We also hold occasional other adoption events. Check the calendar on our website for additional or updated information! (www.homesforpets.org)

Our Adoption Process...

If you'd like to adopt an animal from us, please go to our website at www.homesforpets.org to fill out an adoption application!
