Our dedicated team of volunteers in Webster pitched in donations to sponsor ANOTHER life-saving transport! The dogs saved on this trip will all bear the last name WEBSTER. Special thanks to this hard working group of men and women who show up at Webster PetSmart every Saturday to show adoptable dogs and process adoptions, foster pets in their homes, hold fundraisers in the Rochester area, promote adoption through special appearances with organizations and area schools, and continue to be strong advocates for animals in need. We have amazing volunteers all over Western New York and beyond, and we don't know what we'd do without them! Thank you, to our Webster Team!
Georgie was born about February 3, 2012 and weighs about 55 lbs. This boy is a total goof! He is fun, funny, playful, happy and will sure add some excitement to your life! He would love another fun dog in his next home and a safe place to romp and play. This is all we know so far. The staff in the high kill southern shelter do not ask questions upon entry as they feel it is embarrassing to the owners leaving their pets behind as the reason is often financial in this poverty stricken coal mining town. So we will be learning as we go and so will you. Staff Update: Hi, this is Summer and I had Georgie at PetSmart the other day and he behaved wonderfully. He did very well on his leash and loved getting attention from everyone. He loves to jump up to give hugs but would also love a lap to lay on. He is very sweet. The adoption fee for this pet is: $275.00.
