My name is Forte!

Rottweiler Dog for adoption in Denver, Colorado - Forte

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Forte's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Forte's Story...
N/M, 2-3 years old, Rottweiler (purebred), 70 lbs

I was found as a stray, hungry and down-and-out. I'm so glad to be here at MaxFund, where a guy can get some regular meals and have a safe, warm place to sleep!

I'm a sweet and affectionate boy, but a bit shy. Life has been somewhat difficult for me so far, but I'm beginning to realize, with the help of the great staff and volunteers here, what a great life I'm destined to have with my new forever family. I have some training under my belt already – I know "high-five," "sit," and "down"! Continued training from someone who understands me and my breed will help me to gain confidence. I don't seem to be dog-reactive at all, so I may do well in a home with another dog, but I'd first have to meet your dog to see how it goes.

Please come and visit me, and I'll tell you more about myself!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Forte, a Denver Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Denver, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
