He is quite laid back, willing to please and tries very hard to show you what a really good companion pet he would be if you would only give him a chance. "Butters Rice" came into the shelter as a stray and already neutered .... it is obvious that he was once someone's pet. Please....will you open your heart and home and offer him a second chance at life and love? PLEASE HURRY! This pet has been at the shelter since 01/31/17!!
