How lucky can a little dog get?

Hi my name is Vegas and I was on my way to the local animal control because my owner had to find a place for me quickly,you see, she was going away for a very long time and there would be no one to take of me,but I never made it to animal control,thank goodness,because a really nice person brought me to this sanctuary. The lady here has set me up with a nice warm dag house with lots of blankets and I have met all of the other dogs here and so far we get along. The lady here is guessing that I am between 1-3 years of age. I would really like a new home.Do you feel lucky? Can I come to your house and be your lucky charm?
