Jazmyn's Story...
Jazmyn is a beautiful one year old Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiff) who is sweet and easy going, and knows a few basic commands. She is a very quiet dogue, gentle, has good manners and loves to be in the company of people. She needs an experienced mastiff home, one without small kids, no small dogs, no female dogs and no cats. She would probably do best in a home with a docile large breed male or to be the only dog. She has a high prey drive for small animals. A home with a fenced in yard is ESSENTIAL Jasmyn is up to date on her shots, is heart worm negative, on heartworm preventative, crate and house trained, walks well on lead and is currently in heat and will be spayed in early April. She can be adopted in mid-late April after she heals from her spay. Jazmyn’s adoption fee is $450. If you have any questions please contact Nancy at JNFreitag@yahoo.com. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jazmyn, a Inverness Dogue de Bordeaux dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dogue de Bordeaux for sale in Inverness, or seeking a Dogue de Bordeaux dog from a breeder in Inverness.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inverness already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inverness breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dogue de Bordeaux breeders who help with Dogue de Bordeaux rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inverness paves the way for another one to be saved.
