Sandy's Story...

Sandy was rescued from the local county shelter with her 2 kittens.   Her kittens have found homes and now this beautiful, Lynx Point Siamese is looking for her own forever home.  Sandy enjoys human companionship and attention and loves to cuddle.  However, she seems to prefer being an only cat.

She has a sweet temperament and will run to greet you at the door..  She  likes to play, but does not get into things like a young kitten would.  She also likes to cuddle in bed at night..   At times, she likes to watch the outside world from the window sill .  She also "talks" to her humans, which is not unusual for a Siamese cat..

She  eats dry and wet food and uses the litter box well.  As you can see in the photos, her eyes are a bit crossed, adding to her cute, kitten-like appearance.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sandy, a Orlando Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
