My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This big love bug is Fido! He's a 2 year old purebred Newfie. Fido is an easy going boy that's happy to have a chance at a better life. Fido loves everyone he meets but has had some trouble with meet and greet with other dogs. It may be best if he were an only pet. He will need some training. He's a smart boy that wants to please. Older kids are recommended due to Fido's size and strength. He's not particularly fond of young kids but is fine with older ones. Fido does not like to be restrained and hates his small kennel. He'll need lots of room. Newfies are known to be gentle, sweet tempered and trainable. Fido is all of that and more.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in ado pting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
