Thurston Howell's Story...
Thurston is approximately 2 years old. All Persian and full of love. He was extremely matted, and had to be clipped. His hair is growing in now, and once it's fully grown out, he will have a gorgeous coat. All he wants in life is to be a lap buddy, and have his combed. He is great with cats, is not bothered by dogs, and lives affection. Thurston is FIV/leukemia negative and on month flea prevention. Don't miss out on your chance of having this sweet guy in your life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thurston Howell, a Knoxville Persian cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Persian cat from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
