Ruby 2's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Ruby 2's Story...
Ruby Too got her moniker because, well, we already have a Ruby here on the reservation. Ruby Two is fun, playful and simply a wonderful pooch. She’s about 2-3 years old and around 11 pounds.
We’re not sure of her lineage, and she's not telling..but cute was definitely a factor in her parentage. We think she may be some sort of Terrier/ Chihuahua blend with a bit of some soft, wavy-haired breed thrown in for good measure.
For more information on Ruby Too, please go to our website www.forgottenpaws.org. While you're there you can see how to meet Ruby squared at our event locations and check out our adoption policy..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ruby 2, a San Marcos Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Springer Spaniel for sale in San Marcos, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in San Marcos.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Marcos already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Marcos breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Marcos paves the way for another one to be saved.
