Randy's Story...
5 lbs, DOB 08-2016, Himalayan/Mix
Randy is a goofy, sweet little guy. He’s a little skittish, and likes to hide under a stool or dart into his house occasionally. But he’s curious, gentle, loves to explore, and enjoys pets (especially on his forehead). He’s also very soft, having dense, luxurious fur. Even though he can be a little timid, he is getting more comfortable by the day — lounging in his pen, back legs splayed backward. He’s such a goof; he sways gently when he looks at you, as if he were on a boat. And sometimes one of his ears flops adorably.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Randy, a Woburn Himalayan was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Woburn, or seeking a Himalayan from a breeder in Woburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
