Meet Rayne! GreenDog Foundation's newest rescue from Downey Animal Shelter. This two year old, 13 pound spayed female is spunky lively and precious little thing. But until you first look at her, you would never what a hot mess this little girl was..... this sweetie pie was found as a stray and had burrs embedded in her ears and mats all over her body when we rescued her... but we transformed her into a swan and now she's available for adoption! Rayne is spayed microchipped vaccinated and fully vetted and is available for adoption to a deserving loving family!
