My name is Alice!

Siberian Husky/Mixed Breed (Large) Mix Dog for adoption in The Village, Oklahoma - Alice

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Alice's Info...

I am housetrained, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Alice's Story...
Alice is still looking for her forever family! Large, (over 60 lbs) female mixed breed, fence houdini!

We picked this girl up while she was playing at a local elementary school. She knows basic commands (responds to "sit"), and is housetrained. She is VERY sweet and loving!
She would do best somewhere with secure fencing and/or a lot of land. She is NOT CAT FRIENDLY.
We're not sure if she was spayed already or not, and are also unsure on breed (although perhaps she has some husky in her?).

Contact The Village Animal Control Officer Scott Haggy at (405) 751-8861, ext. 248 or Shannon Curran at (405) 751-8861, ext. 261 for more information.

Act quickly to adopt Alice. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alice, a The Village Siberian Husky/Mixed Breed (Large) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/Mixed Breed (Large) for sale in The Village, or seeking a Siberian Husky/Mixed Breed (Large) dog from a breeder in The Village.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in The Village already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a The Village breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/Mixed Breed (Large) breeders who help with Siberian Husky/Mixed Breed (Large) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in The Village paves the way for another one to be saved.
