Daisy's Story...
***Adoption Pending***

DAISY- Female, Jack Russell Terrier mix, 9 yrs, 25 lbs.

Daisy is a sweet, funny JRT mix. She is good with other dogs but no cats please.

UPDATE: Daisy is a total couch potato cuddle muffin! Perfect for this weather! She can be shy but gentleness goes a long way with her. She doesn't mind the snow at all. She just follows my other dog's trail. She seems well house trained but I haven't figured out her sign to go out. I just make sure to let her out every few hours. Her wiggles are adorable! She loves crawling onto your lap or burying herself in blankets.
She needs a good retirement home with lots of love and snuggles.

***Woof.. Please know that the rescue has posted all the information that they have on me here. As my foster family gets to know me they will post updates, so please check back! If you are interested in me please fill out an application at www.petsaliveniagara.ca/adopt and one of my friends will get back to you within 2 to 5 business days.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a St. Catharines Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in St. Catharines, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in St. Catharines.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Catharines already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Catharines breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Catharines paves the way for another one to be saved.
