This handsome boy is a Siberian Husky and isn’t he just handsome! Thor is a husky through and though, this means this darling boy is going to need an experienced owner with lots of patience. Husky’s are highly intelligent, high energy dogs that are rather demanding mentally and physically on their owners. Thor could benefit from an experience pack leader with no cats and some refreshers on general house manners. He does not like to be alone, and is sure to tell you that if you leave him so it is best to crate him. Adopters need to do research on the breed and ensure the can devote the time and effort needed for a Husky as they are not for everyone. Husky’s, including Thor, are escape artists and due to this he should never be left alone in a car, tied in a truck, or in an open yard where he can use his intellect to escape. With the proper guidance this guy has the potential of being a stunning companion for any active family. His adoption fee includes his neuter, shots up to date, a month of pet insurance, a microchip and a wellness check at our vet within 72 hours of adoption. If you are interested in Thor please download the application found at katesrescue.org to a computer as a word document and edit it. Once completed return it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “thor” as the header.
