Snuggly and sweet, with a side of spice - Queen Victoria is royal. She came to us in January 2017 after living as a Community Cat outside for 2 years - but this sweetheart was destined for a comfortable life indoors! Queenie was found to be friendly with humans, and absolutely loved to be held, so it was apparent that she needed to find herself a home. She now resides in our FeLV+ adoption room, waiting for her forever home! This chatty queen would do well in a quiet home, perhaps with another calm kitty. Come meet “Her Majesty” today, and we’re sure she will be the queen of your home very soon.

Our Adoption Process...

At Tree House, our goal is to find a good fit between cat and guardian. Our trained adoption counselors talk with prospective adopters to best understand their wants and needs. Visitors then tour our cageless facility to meet our rescued cats who are waiting for a forever home. We encourage individuals to take as much time as they need to find their new best friend and make sure it will be a good fit (and can visit multiple times). Ultimately, we want every match to be a happy and healthy one and individuals to take their time versus being rushed to make a decision. Adoption applications stay on file for three months.

Adoption fees of $85 help cover the cost of a cat's care at Tree House including: spay or neuter, deworming, flea treatment, FIV and FeLV testing, AVID microchip, veterinary examination, and necessary vaccinations. We also give a 30-day health guarantee on all of our adoptions.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS

* A photo I.D.
* A second I.D. with current address and phone number (we recommend a phone bill).
* If you rent, we need your landlord's name and phone number, or a copy of your lease stating that you are allowed to have cats.
* All children under 12 in the household are required to be present for the entire adoption process.
