Henry is a love ball, very cuddly and loving with his foster whom he sits on the sofa with and joins in bed each night. He loves to talk. However, he is definitely shy with strangers and it will take him some time to get used to his new human so an adopter has to understand that and be patient. He is a beautiful, young boy who is very playful and loving once you've gained his trust. He almost doesn't shed and is very clean. He loves to eat wet food (dry food upsets his stomach). He prefers a quiet home, a good adopter would be either a single person or a couple. Young children would scare him as he loves peace and quiet. Here are two more videos:

Henry was rescued in Queens by one of our fosters. He had installed himself on her deck and was clearly a dumped house cat. Henry has been neutered, tested negative for fiv/felv, microchipped, vaccinated and ready for his new home.

Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to saving another sweetie on the street.

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
