Butterscotch (Neutered)'s Story...
"Butterscotch" is a handsome one-year old male kitty who was surrendered by his owner on March 6, 2017 because he and another cat weren't getting along with each other :(

"Butterscotch" has a buff-and-white medium smooth coat, a long fluffy tail, and a beautiful face with large bronze/golden eyes and a pink nose. This little sweetie was calm, cool, and collected as he posed for his 'Playboy' centerfold photos :) He appears to be both affectionate and playful.

"Butterscotch" has been given vaccinations, wormer, and Revolution flea treatment. He currently weighs 10.8 lbs. and looks even larger with his fluffy coat (and remember the camera adds a few pounds) :)

"Butterscotch" has already been neutered. He was combo tested on March 14, 2017 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butterscotch (Neutered), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
