ZOE MAE turns 14 years old this year (April 2017)! Her person loved her very much  but was unable to take care of the two of them and has to move into assisted living. Zoe was very well taken care of throughout her life and comes with all of her vet records. She is a sweet girl who is a little bit on the chubby side  and would benefit from some daily walks. Zoe would make a wonderful companion for somebody who is home all day. She is good with other dogs and fine with cats as well. Due to her advanced age, we prefer to place her in a home without very young children. Zoe has been spayed, vaccinated  and is ready for retirement home of her own. Since she is in a foster home we do ask that you fill out an application prior to setting up a meet and greet with Zoe and her foster mom. You can find our application online at www.companimals.org. Adoption $165. And

About CompAnimals Pet Rescue, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

CompAnimals Pet Rescue is a small not-for-profit "no kill" rescue. Our mission is to take in unwanted, abandoned or abused dogs, cats and other small pets; to place those we can in loving, permanent homes; and to provide a sanctuary for the animals whose age, health issues or temperament precludes them from adoption. Our dogs & cats are neutered, vaccinated and receive all necessary medical treatment beford being made available for adoption. Through our volunteers and outreach programs we educate the next generation about the importance of spay/neuter and giving a lifelong home to their pets. We hope to one day put ourselves out of business but until then we will continue to rescue regardless of breed, age or medical condition.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our shelter has visiting hours - Wed through Sat from noon 'til 5 p.m. You're welcome anytime we're open.
Most our our dogs live in foster homes, and will likely not be at the shelter unless arrangements are made ahead of time.
We do hold monthly "Meet and Greets" at local pet stores, but here, as well, to meet a specific dog arrangements should be made in advance so that
your potential new best friend can be there waiting to meet you.

Our Adoption Process...

Please visit www.CompAnimal.org for more information about the adoption process and our fees. Our application is online, and relatively quick and painless to fill out.
We are a small all volunteer organization. Your e-mail wiil typically receive a quicker response than your phone call.
