Please contact Mona (meowmail1@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. This sweet girl was found running down the road dragging 15 feet of chain.

She had scars and fresh wounds on her head, we don't know if that's because someone hit her. She was underweight and had extremely long nails, and had been kept on a metal or plastic floor because her toes are splayed out.

We got her a nail trim, bath, shots, hw tested negative, spayed, and are training her. She had no manners at all and was aggressive toward new people - basically just because she was unsocialized -- she is improving for sure.

She wants to please and is safe with non-aggressive dogs, although she will try to dominate. We are working on that. She is learning the word 'no' a lot!!!

She does approach cats in too much of a lively manner and will startle them. She will chase if they run. We're working on that, too!

Gazelle has learned to 'sit' on command. She has also put on a bit of weight and we will try to get some still shots soon, she is very active so 'stills' are rare :)

Any local trainers who want to donate some time to work with her will be very welcome. We are more in tune with cats and are doing the best we can with her but this is not our forte....

She eats socks and cat toys. So yes, she has had some syringes of Peroxide to force her to puke them back up. Sigh.  She loves to play with a tennis ball or a towel. We think she would be a great frisbee dog.

Gazelle MUST be trained before being placed in a home. Due to her potential for aggression this must be intense one-on-one training. Her fundraiser for the training is here: https://www.gofundme.com/gazelletraining.
