Bam Bam's Story...
Bam Bam is what I will make your heart do because you are sure to fall in love with me. I am the sweetest 10 year old cocker spaniel you will meet. I love everybody and everything there seriously is not a mean bone in my body. I don't mean to brag but my foster mom says I am pretty close to perfect. I came to live with her when my owner fell on hard times and had to make the tough decision to surrender me because he couldn't financially take care of me any longer. I had one of the worst ear infections my vet had ever seen and needed to have surgery on my ears. Going into surgery I was deaf but now that the surgery has been complete I can hear again and I am loving life. I will need a family that is going to keep up with my ears because I am a cocker and we tend to be prone to ear infections. I also have some bald areas on my body where a skin infection made me lose some fur. I am feeling lots better now and I am looking for a home to call my own. I love the kids, dog and cats that are in my house. I am also house trained but I was never in a crate before coming into foster so I am not a fan of that thing. I would really like a family that is home more because I don't like to be left alone for long. I won't do any damage I just get really sad when left alone for a long time. Whose ready to get some of the best doggie love from an older dude like myself? I am up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. My adoption fee is $200. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bam Bam, a Grand Rapids Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Grand Rapids, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Grand Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
