Maggie's Story...
I came from a really nice home near Little Rock.  My mommy was suddenly needed in Heaven and left without taking me with her.  So her friends looked around for a kitty Heaven for me and found it here at the Blue Moon Cat Sanctuary.  Because everything is new here for me, I’m a little nervous and scared.  I will need a new forever home where my family is patient, tolerant, and willing to give me lots of time to become comfortable.  I’m a nice, sweet, and bright calico girl that has been spayed and is current with the rabies shot, vaccinations, flea treatment, and de worming.  For the low adoption fee of only $60, I can be yours.  479-312-6858 or 479-677-3021.
Other cats?  Yes.
Children?  Older quiet ones will be OK.
Dogs?  I’m afraid of them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Witter Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Witter, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Witter.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Witter already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Witter breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Witter paves the way for another one to be saved.
