My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Elsie, a gorgeous light brindle 3-month-old puppy in need of just the right home to meet her special needs. Elsie came from the same backyard breeder as Grace, who was also visually impaired. We are not sure if these girls are single-breed Great Danes, but it’s definitely a predominant gene and Elsie will grow into a very large adult. She fit right in with the other dogs at her foster home, and is proving to be a real sweetheart. Time will tell just how bad her vision is, but it hasn’t slowed her down yet and she can get around very well. Visually impaired dogs can lead very normal lives, but it is still something to take into consideration for those interested in adopting her. Please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website if you are interested in offering Elsie a new home.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworm (if deemed necessary), microchipped, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($300 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
