Tippy Toe's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tippy Toe's Story...
Little Tippy Toe was born with a slight deformity in his lower right leg. The bone actually bows in so his foot is kind of upside down. This causes him absolutely no pain and he can run, play and climb stairs with no problem what so ever. This sweet boy was actually thrown from a moving car. We know this because the woman who brought him to us actually witnessed it. After that he still loves people.! He is the most lovable little guy you will ever meet. Prefers humans over other dogs but tolerates cats very well. He's a cutie and we love him dearly but it's time for him to have his forever home. Tippy is approximately 6 years young and very healthy He is neutered, heart worm negative, house broken, crate trained and up to date on all of his vaccines. Wouldn't you love to welcome this sweet boy into your home?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tippy Toe, a Salem Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Salem, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
