Lulu is a very loving, super sweet cat according to her foster mom Andrea, Lulu loves to be petted, she rubs against you and is very affectionate but she is afraid when startled.
We don't know what happened to her in her first home, we do know she is afraid of men, and is just beginning to trust her foster mom. She will hide under furniture but when you coach her out with a toy or treat she becomes very loving. She will sit next to you and be very happy purring but if you get up suddenly she runs to her save space.
We think she will get much better given time to settle in. Her perfect home is one with someone who will be very patient with her and allow time to trust again. No small children. She won't hurt them but she will hide from them and I don't think she will adjust to the normal nose of a busy family with children.
Lulu deserves to be loved and feel safe again. If you want to give her that opportunity please contact us. Lulu is 6 years old and in very good health besides being very pretty.
Her foster mom says Lulu has perfect house manners. She does NOT scratch on her leather sofa. She likes her cardboard scratcher and uses the litter box. Lulu is spayed, microchipped for ID, negative for FeLV/FIV, current on shots, dewormed and flea free
