11 months old, Molly is winging her way to CCHD Rescue today, care of Pilots n Paws and pilot Pete's generosity! Molly has been at the Hesperia Shelter, hoping to get sprung. Today was her day! She'll have many more big days from here on out. I was told she was HIGH energy... nope, she's a normal dog. Her owners turned her in and maybe felt guilty about doing so, and felt they had to say some not very nice things about her. The #1 reason she was sent to the shelter, she wouldn't leave the 16 year old Tortoise, alone. So, maybe a home with no free roaming tortoise? Her energy is easy! She is a lovely and calm dog. She integrated seamlessly. Playing like mad with the other herders, her kinda dogs! Can't wait to see her run in the woods! We have a lot going on, so in a couple days. She flew here without a peep, says her chauffeur, Pilot Pete. And I can vouch for the same, loose in my van on the way from the airport. One thing I have to remark on, she learned to eat from the self feeders, and she's so good with all the others eating right next her, she even stuck her muzzle where it didn't belong, in Mike's feeder, and it was no-thing!! Come see Molly - she's awesome!
