My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET ROSIE !!

Having had a pretty rough start to life Rosie was just used as a breeding dog and left outside, she now knows what it feels like to be loved. Inside, out of the cold and elements. And boy does she love it !! For the first two years of her life(she 24 months old now) she was left outdoors in the elements so when we took her in we quickly realized there was no way to salvage her coat as it was so matted it was pulling on her skin and causing sores. She was professionally groomed and bathed. We were able to save her beautiful face, her paws and the end of her tail, but had to shave the rest of her body. She feels so much better and already has a nice soft layer of hair growing in. When she is all grown out she is going to be incredibly silky! I have attached her before and after photos. Being a Morkie (1/2 Maltese, 1/2 Yorkie) she is non-shedding & hypoallergenic.

For a dog that has never been in a house she learned housebreaking quickly and has not had an accident in over a week. She is a great eater and a total cuddly baby who sleeps in her foster's bed every night with the company of other dogs. Here in rescue she is with big dogs and small dogs in a private home as well as cats, and gets along with everyone. One of the small dogs here has been trying to teach her how to play because she didn't get to do that yet in her life. And she's starting to !!

She is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and soayed. She is also crate trained.
Adoption fee is $450.
Thank you for choosing to adopt and considering Rosie as latte of your forever family.
She is a total love bug an cuddle bunny.

Please do NOT e-mail us your phone number, you will NOT be called. Questions and inquires are answered via e-mail only.
Please read everything below, most of your questions may be answered in our description.
All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, dewormed, licensed, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a free health check by our licensed veterinarian. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. All of our dogs, young and old are crate trained. This gives the new owner a head start for house breaking, and to curb any separation anxiety and or destructive behavior. Most of our dogs are in foster homes and we are able to tell you lots about each of their personalities. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An adoption fee, application, and contract are required. Please direct all questions to smashfacerescue911@yahoo. All our dogs can be seen 7 days a week by appointment ONLY. We are located in Van Nuys 91405. If you are interested in setting up a day and time please send us an e-mail.

Thank you in advance,
