Katie is a beautiful little Westie of about 3 years old that would love a great home of her own to grow up in. She came to us from our Newark facility after this little lady was found as a lost on lonely stray on the busy city streets. Katie is very happy to be safe and cared for now and began making friends immediately. There is not much shyness about her and Katie enjoys meeting new people. She is mild-mannered and mellow, and Katie is very well behaved. She is so gentle with taking treats and sits nicely when asked. She walks well on a leash and once you've known her for a minute or two, Katie will be rolling on her back hoping that you'll scratch her belly. She has a warm and lovable personality and is so easy going. She loves getting attention and will let you know when she needs you to pet her. Katie seems just fine with other dogs and would transition so easily into any good home with a family that will love and care for her always. File#27087 3/1/17
