Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gracie is a new arrival in our program. She will be available for adoption once her medical care is completed.
Meet Gracie Bell! Gracie is a young girl (around 9 months old) and has already endured some hard times. We don’t know much about her past, but what we do know is not pretty.
In addition to being able to count every bone in this tiny gal’s body, our rescue vet suspects her injuries were intentionally inflicted. This is not a new injury and poor Gracie has had to spend her puppy days in pain!
Gracie is in need of a Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO). This is a surgical procedure where they remove the head and neck of the femur to decrease pain and restore mobility to her hip joint. Gracie will also need a spay, hookworm treatment, and supportive care after her surgery. Now in the care of South Central Bloodhound Rescue, Gracie can finally start her journey to FURever!
