Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever Mix, Cream/White color, 2-year-old, Spayed Female, 60 lbs.

Tessie is an awesome family dog. She loves playing, and is good with children. She knows some basic commands, and is housetrained. Tessie loves to run, but also just wants to be a couch companion. Tessie needs to be the only dog in the home, and no cats in the home. We are also requiring a physical, secure fenced area for Tessie at her new home (no radio collars or free-roaming). We would love to find her the perfect companionship!

Tessie is spayed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and up-to-date on monthly preventatives. We estimate her DOB to be around 10/01/2014. She is in foster care in East Tennessee. Her adoption fee has been reduced to $300, which includes all vetting and transport. Vet references, personal references, and home visits may be required prior to adoption.

About Pooches & Purrs Cooperative - Allentown

About Our Rescue Group...

Pooches & Purrs Cooperative is a group of rescues and individual rescuers that are working hard to find loving homes for the dogs, cats, kittens and puppies that find their way into our care through no fault of their own. Each individual or group has several wonderful dogs In Tennessee, Alabama or Kentucky looking for homes! All of them are completely vetted and neutered/spayed (if age appropriate) and on heartworm protection. All of them come with complete medical records. Their adoption fee of $500 covers their complete age appropriate vetting and heartworm preventative as well as their transportation to your area.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our rescues don't have an actual shelter building in the New England area. Due to this it is not always possible to meet them prior to their adoption. At times, a dog may be in foster care in New England and their bio will clearly be marked as such so you will know. These southern dogs & cats are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the pet can be rehomed appropriately if things don't work out. Each group tries hard to get good matches in your homes so that everyone has a happy life together! To date the cooperative has placed over a two thousand dogs and puppies, cats and kittens in loving New England homes! Each group has many, many, references of happy adopters up in your area that can fill you in on their experience. Just email and they can pass along that information for your convenience. Thanks!
