Pitzelle's Story...
Sugar and spice and everything nice that’s what this little kitten is made of. Add a little butter to the batch and you will have a beautiful tortoiseshell kitten with two beige feet. Pitzell and her sister Biscotti are twins but only their feet can tell them apart. All of these babies are very close and love to play together. These cookie kittens MUST be adopted in pairs as they are very bonded and cry non-stop when separated. Who can just eat one cookie anyway!? They are sweet babies who immediately purr when held. They will sit quietly on you lap to be pet BUT they won’t stay there long because there is just too many toys to play with. They are fine with older cats but are still trying to understand dogs. If you need a sugar fix stop by for a treat and meet the cookie clan.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pitzelle, a Glen Mills Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Glen Mills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Glen Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glen Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glen Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glen Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
